WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales on our products are final. Returns, and exchanges are not offered unless the product is defective.
HOW CAN I WASH MY PRODUCTS?
All pet apparel products, and human apparel may be machine washed on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying all of our products to avoid any shrinkage.
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

HOW CAN I BECOME AN AMBASSADOR?
We hold searches every three months to find the pawfect additions to our team. When selecting candidates we look for accounts that post frequently, engage with our brand, and content, and most importantly, are kind online! Our next search begins June 9, 2021
HOW LONG DO YOUR TREATS LAST?
Our treats are made without preservatives and are 100% natural. This means their shelf-life isn’t quite as long as other treats. We recommend consuming the treats within 3 weeks of receiving your items, and within 10 days after opening. Our treats can be frozen as well!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship internationally! Shipping is free over $20 within Canada. USA. All other countries have shipping available at a low cost.
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY ITEMS?
We recommend washing all of our apparel on cold, and inside out (if possible) followed by hanging to dry.
